April 17, 2006 -- Vital Processing Services^® (Vital^®), a leading provider of solutions and services to the acquiring industry, announced today the re-branding of the company as TSYS Acquiring Solutions^SM.

Last year TSYS purchased the remaining 50 percent equity stake that Visa U.S.A. held in Vital Processing Services, and Vital became a wholly owned TSYS subsidiary.

Throughout this quarter and the next, our company will complete the re-branding work necessary to transition to our new corporate name and identity. Changes will be made to this web site throughout the transition period.

POS-partner now supports MagWedge USB card readers. The card reader was tested successfully with Microsoft Windows NT, 2000 and XP operating systems. The Mini USB Magstripe Reader and the Full-size USB Magstripe Reader do not require MagTek drivers and can be installed as "Card Reader without Drivers."
